There's something special about our history: we didn't just pick the name Cleopatra at random.
Back in the 1960s, the production team for the film Cleopatra, starring Liz Taylor and Richard Burton, chose our hotel, which was new and didn't even have a name yet, to house the crew and staff for about two years.
